Two face cocaine charges in Dare Co.

Dare Co., N.C. – Two people have been arrested and charged with cocaine possession in Dare County, according to Chief Deputy Steve Hoggard.

It happened on June 23, 2013. The Nags Head Police Department initiated a traffic stop on US-158 as part of an undercover narcotics investigation. During the traffic stop, police found controlled substances in the suspects’ vehicle.

Police arrested 28-year-old Ross Domiana Spruill of Columbia, N.C. He is charged with Possession with the Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Police also arrested Tanisha Celett Brickhouse of the 900 block of Woodley Avenue. She is charged with possession of cocaine, and released on $1,500 bond.
