According to VDOT, some areas of traffic congestion around Hampton Roads have eased up.
The areas currently congested are I-64 east at the HRBT and I-64 east at mile marker 243 near Busch Gardens.
VDOT says there are no accidents causing the congestion, only a high volume of drivers on the road.
