Veterans and volunteers are taking action for wounded vets by organizing a fishing trip.
Hearts for Heroes will host a fishing trip for wounded veterans this Friday, July 12, at Rudee Inlet in Virginia Beach. The first boat leaves at 6 a.m. and the second boat leaves at 1 p.m.
Participants may park at Rudee Inlet.
