Hampton police are looking for an accused gunman.
Investigators say 19-year-old Javon Antonio Parson shot a woman early Sunday morning.
The victim was reportedly having a party at her house on Locust Avenue when a fight started.
After that, police say Parson shot the woman in the chest.
She is in stable condition.
Parson is now charged with maiming and using a firearm in a felony.
