Raleigh, NC – The N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles announced that the mobile unit serving locations in northeastern North Carolina must undergo mechanical repairs and cannot make its scheduled stops the week of July 15.
The following stops have been canceled for next week:
• July 15, Jackson
• July 16, Plymouth
• July 17, Columbia
• July 18, Swan Quarter
The division is working to have the repairs completed so the unit can resume its normal schedule as soon as possible.
NCDMV mobile units take driver license services to remote areas of the state, offering original and renewal license issuance, written, sign and road testing.
