Today we honor Aviation Electronics Technician Petty Officer First Class Kevin Hebert (pronounced "a bear"). He has served for 8 years. He recently made sea sailor of the
quarter for FRC Oceana where he is stationed. He was also picked as sea sailor of the quarter for all FRC commands in the entire Navy. We say thank you for your service.
