Virginia Beach, Va. – An 86-year-old Beach man has been charged with obscene sexual display after being accused of using a sex toy to solicit sex in a Farm Fresh parking lot.
Police say the incident occurred at the chain’s Independence Blvd. location.
Two men told them they saw Joseph Lee Toben in his vehicle using a sex toy to try to solicit sexual contact.
Toben was taken into custody but was later released on bond.
