Norfolk, Va. – A pair of adorable red panda cubs are almost ready to be seen at the Virginia Zoo.

They’ll be part of the Asia-Trail of the Tiger exhibit soon.

They were born on June 20th and they are being cared for by their mother Bernadette in their exhibit tree houses.

Staff members there have been keeping a close eye on the baby pandas.

Red pandas are a threatened species. There are fewer than 2,500 adults left in the world.

Visitors may be able to see the pandas enjoying their home this coming fall.
