I-64 eastbound at HRBT backed up 7 miles to Mercury Blvd

All lanes of the HRBT are back open after a disabled tractor trailer caused traffic to stop for over an hour.
VDOT reports that there is a 7 mile delay from Mercury Boulevard to the HRBT.
Motorists are advised to use the I-664 MMMBT South.
