Update: Dominion Power says service has now been restored off Chesapeake Blvd. They say a tree limb fell on a power line causing the outage.
Norfolk, Va. – About 290 residents in the Bayview area in Norfolk are now without power.
People on Sturgis Rd. and Fisherman Drive are also affected.
This happened at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Dominion Power has not determined an estimated time of restoration yet.
