Williamsburg, Va. – Two people were rescued this morning after their sailboat capsized on the York River.

Officials say the two set out on the water near Croaker Landing in Williamsburg after being advised by the Park Ranger not to go out because of the water was too choppy.

A crab boat helped pull the two, who were in their late teens-early 20s, to shore.

At this time the water is too rough and winds are too high to bring the boat to shore.
