If you are looking for a fun and educational trip with kids, a new idea for a date, or even just to learn more about Virginia’s history, then check this out – Virginia Tourism (Virginia.org) has released a list of 10 historical Virginia places that you may fall in love with.

The site says these Virginia spots provide a learning environment for kids, as well as adults. And who could resist some of the gorgeous landscapes and views? Some of these places may even be close to your neighborhood:

Jamestown Settlement

Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello

Virginia Air & Space Center in Hampton

Mount Vernon, George Washington’s Estate and Gardens

The Mariners’ Museum in Newport News

National Air & Space Museum
