NASA has released a visibility map projection for their lunar mission set to launch from Wallops Island.
NASA’s Lunar Atmosphere and Dust Explorer (LADEE) is scheduled to launch at 11:27 p.m. on Friday, September 6th.
The robotic explorer will orbit the moon to gather information about the lunar atmosphere, conditions near the surface and environmental influences on lunar dust.
