Virginia Beach, VA - The community came together Saturday to celebrate the launch of a brand new joint-use Library.
The Library will be shared between Tidewater Community College students and Beach residents.
The day’s events included family story times, Lego-building, a music program, crafts, outdoor games including inflatables.
City service members were also in attendance to give e-reader and gadget demos.
