Easley, SC- An Easley man who was accused of being a peeping Tom was later charged with unlawful use of 911 after deputies arrived and got stuck in his yard, according to Pickens County deputies.

On Tuesday, deputies arrived at a residence in Easley after a report that a man had jumped up on a ledge to look inside a window, deputies said. The victim said the window was for the room where his daughter stayed and changed clothes, according to the deputies’ report.

The report said when a deputy was preparing to leave after the incident, his car became stuck on a tree stump in the suspect’s front yard.

Bryan Davis, 38, of Easley, who was being questioned for the peeping Tom incident, became aggravated when the deputies stopped attempting to remove the vehicle themselves and called the county wrecker, deputies said.

Davis then started calling 911 multiple times while deputies were waiting for the wrecker, they said. Davis called 911 to complain about the deputies and to say how stupid they were, according to the deputies report.

Deputies say they then arrested Davis when he came out on his front porch.

Davis was charged with peeping Tom, public disorderly conduct and unlawful use of 911, according to deputies.
