Fund set up to help family of 11-month-old who died in Beach fire

Bey PhotoVirginia Beach, Va. – A fatal fire in Virginia Beach claimed the life of 11-month-old Roarhe Bey two weeks ago in the Campus East Neighborhood.

This happened on Scholarship Drive on August 15th.

Now a fund has been set up to help the family.The money will help them with funeral costs and items they lost in the fire.

NewsChannel 3 spoke with Roarhe’s grandmother who says the baby’s mother, Candra Mitchell, was injured in the fire but she is now out of the hospital.

If you would like to donate, the fund is set up at Navy Federal under the name Roarhe Bey. Members can transfer money directly into the account and others can donate at any branch.
