Yorktown, Va. – A man is wanted for stealing a purse and using a stolen credit card in Yorktown, according to Lt. Dennis Ivey with the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office.
On August 13, 2013 between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. the suspect stole a purse from an unlocked vehicle at the Childtime Learning Center located at 101 Kiln Creek Parkway while the victim was there dropping her son off.
After stealing the purse, the suspect used the victim’s credit card at the 7-Eleven located at 2 Village Drive to purchase gas, Lt. Ivey says.
The suspect vehicle is a white four-door sedan.
