Norfolk, Va. – A Norfolk car dealership has been formally removed from the off-limits list to all military personnel.

Victory Lane Motors on East Virginia Beach Blvd. was placed off limits in August because of unfair business practices, specifically “bird-dogging.”

The Navy says they have resolved all outstanding complaints from service members and have taken substantial steps to prevent future complaints.

Another dealership was taken off of the list. Coast 2 Coast Auto Sales on Oceana Blvd. in Virginia Beach was removed because officials say they have handled complaints and worked to prevent more.
