Oregon – A terrified teen in Oregon managed to pick up the phone to dial 911. She said an eight-legged intruder was terrorizing her.
Before police arrived at the home, the teen told dispatchers the spider looked more like a tarantula.
“It’s probably the size of a baseball. It’s huge, and someone in my family was recently bit. They thought it was a recluse spider. It was my mom, she had to go to the hospital and she has this nasty bite in her leg. I’m walking into my room and I see this massive freaking creature on the back of my couch and I have no idea what to do, and I can’t get ahold of my parents. So, I don’t know you guys have anything I can do, or if I sit here and stare at it and wait for someone to get home and kill it,” the frightened teen said.
Police officers came to the teen’s rescue, killing the spider with a rolled up newspaper.
