Portsmouth, VA – Saturday a little before 5:00 pm Portsmouth Police arrived to the 2600 block of London Blvd.
A man was unresponsive in a grassy area in front of a fence adjacent to the intersection of Broad Street and London Blvd .
Police say there was no visible signs of foul play.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
No identification has been released.
