Norfolk, Virginia – According to police, 21 year-old Curtis Julius Garrett of the 3900 block of Meadowbridge Road in Richmond has been arrested for stabbing two men and two women at Palace on Plume around 12:30am Saturday.
Police say the stabbing happened following an altercation inside the lounge located in the 200 block of Plume Street in Norfolk.
Three of the four victims received minor injuries. One person was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Garrett fled the scene prior to police arriving but was apprehended by police a short time later in the 300 block of Granby Street.
Garrett has been charged with Malicious Wounding.
