Norfolk, Va. - Saturday night, the Spartans just couldn't put a stop to Maine. The team quickly went down 13 to nothing in the first half before Norfolk State got on the board with a touchdown in the second quarter, but that's where they would stay for the rest of the game as Maine grabbed a 23-6 victory.
The Spartans now prepare to hit the road to take on Rutgers in New Jersey next Saturday at noon.
