Newport News, Va. – A Newport News man was arrested for allegedly performing lewd acts in front of the post office on Warwick Boulevard.
This all happened Saturday police say.
Police tell NewsChannel 3 Diandre Milbourne was drunk and he had his hand in his pants, making motions like he was pleasuring himself.
He’s charged with being drunk in public and sexual display.
