Woman faces meth charges in Norfolk

Posted

Norfolk, Va. - A Norfolk judge certified drug charges against a woman accused of using meth in military housing.

Kristen Toth appeared in court this morning.

She was charged with possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to distribute back in July.

She's one of two women charged in connection to making meth in Lincoln Military Housing.

The judge certified both charges to the grand jury after Toth waived her right to a preliminary hearing.

The grand jury will then decide if the prosecution has enough evidence against Toth to proceed to trial.

Toth will remain in jail until then.
