Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk Police were called out to Military Highway in reference to a possible barricade situation.
When police entered the room, they say no one was inside.
Calls came in about the incident at 5:46 p.m. on Friday evening.
They say the call came from a family member who was trying to check on the well being of a relative.
