Virginia Beach, Va. – There will be temporary single lane closures near the corner of Independence Boulevard and Ewell Road on Saturday, September 21, 2013, and Saturday, September 28, 2013, for utility pole replacement by Dominion Power.
The work will take place between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on both days.
The single lane closures will be on northbound Independence Boulevard.
On Saturday, traffic will be stopped for up to 10 minutes at the intersection between 7:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. to pull a span guy wire across the intersection.
There will be traffic control signs in place during this time, and Virginia Beach police officers will be present to assist with traffic.
