Virginia Beach, Va. – Starting at approximately 9 p.m. today – Friday, Sept. 20 – Virginia Beach Public Utilities will make sewer line repairs on Independence Boulevard at the intersection of Pembroke Boulevard.
The outside southbound lane of Independence Boulevard and the adjacent turning lane for Pembroke Boulevard will be closed in order to safely make repairs.
Advanced warning signs will be posted, advising motorists of the repairs.
Weather permitting, repairs are expected to be completed by 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21.
