A Chesapeake woman is one of nine finalists in Blue Bell Ice Cream's "Do Tell!" contest.

Here's just a portion of her story: She explains why she cried the first time she tasted Blue Bell's homemade vanilla.
She says, "Blue Bell brought me back to my mother's kitchen, with the rumbling of the old ice cream maker, the fresh smell of vanilla, and the trail of rock salt on the counter."
