Virginia Beach, Va. – Mediterranean Avenue between 14th Street and 12th Street will be closed to through traffic from September 27, 2013, through November 30, 2013.
Residents will be allowed through, and there is a detour route in place.
Signage is also in place to direct drivers to the detour route.
