Newport News Police are looking for a juvenile whom they say is exhibiting erratic violent behavior.
Antwan Shyquann Miller, 17, has been adjudicated as an adult and as been involved in several incidents in Newport News.
Miller has seven active warrants including malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, contempt of court, pointing and brandishing a firearm, and possession of a firearm.
In the latest incident, Miller and two other men brandished weapons at a family with small children present.
An adult, Chester McCright, has been arrested.
Miller has been positively identified as one of the two remaining suspects.
