The lawyer for arson suspect Tonya Bundick doesn't want to represent her anymore.

This morning in court, attorney Shannon Dunham asked to withdraw as counsel, but the judge told her no.

The judge also ruled that the trial can't be delayed.

It will go on as planned starting on November 6th in Virginia Beach.

Bundick is currently facing one count of arson and one count of conspiracy to commit arson for a fire in Melfa.
