Today we honor Lieutenant Nathan Pitsch of the US Navy and Lieutenant Ellen Cava of the US Coast Guard. The couple met in Norfolk about a year and a half ago.
They recently got enganged. Pitsch is currently on an exchange tour with the British Royal Navy on a "mine counter measures" ship. Cava is currently stationed here in Hampton Roads.
