York Co., Va. – A man is wanted in York for using a counterfeit bill to purchase alcohol, according to Lt. Ivey of York County.
It happened on October 15, 2013. At approximately 8:20 p.m., an unknown black male suspect attempted to use a counterfeit bill to pay for alcoholic beverages at the ABC Store located in the 800 block of Merrimac Trail.
When the sales associate confronted him about the bill being counterfeit, he paid with real cash, and left the store.
