It's the Halloween Bootacular Fair in Virginia Beach. It's a family-friendly event for kids 12 and under featuring interactive games, attractions, activities and entertainment while offering spirited spooky fun in a safe environment.
This Halloween Bootacular will be donating a portion of its proceeds to Stand Up For Kids Foundation of Hampton Roads.
