Virginia Beach, Virginia - Police say a car flipped and landed in a ditch in the 4100 block of Blackwater Road around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, October 29, 2013.
No other cars were involved.
The driver of the vehicle was not hurt.
A section of Blackwater Road southbound is blocked. Police are directing traffic around the accident.
