Suffolk, Va.- An 82-year-old man is accused of being a Peeping Tom - and there's a twist.
Suffolk police say Martin Tumbling was looking into his own home. They say Tumbling was outside his Godwin Boulevard home standing on two bricks.
Officers tell NewsChannel 3 he was peeking at a child who was in the bathroom.
The child is a step relative of Tumbling's.
