Virginia Beach, Va. – The Hutton Circle canoe/kayak launch located at 300 Hutton Circle in the Little Neck/King’s Grant area of Virginia Beach will be closed indefinitely due to repairs, according to the city of Virginia Beach.
The combination of saltwater/salt air and the consistent beating from low tide/high tide events and storms have naturally decomposed critical components of the launch structure, and now pose a safety concern for the public.
The Hutton Circle canoe/kayak launch sits along a tributary of the Lynnhaven River in the northern section of the city and is a part of the various opportunities for waterway access in Virginia Beach that can be found HERE.
