A Virginia Beach based battalion of the Virginia National Guard just received orders for active duty in Kuwait.
We're talking about the 529th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 329th Regional Support Group.
That group is made up of about 70 soldiers, most from here in Hampton Roads.
We're told they'll go active June 19, 2014.
