A NewsChannel 3 Taking Action investigation got results, with the Navy admitting to mistakenly taking away the pay of a hazed sailor diagnosed with PTSD.
Still, Christopher and Sarah Tubbs still have to wait until the 15th of the month for their paycheck to get back to normal.
So NewsChannel 3 gave them a little bit of good news in the meantime, inviting them to the new Walmart Neighborhood Market in Virginia Beach for a special surprise.
