Portsmouth, Va. – A tractor trailer has overturned in the 1000 block of APM Terminals Blvd.
Crews have responded to the scene, and the vehicle has been turned upright.
The tractor trailer overturned as it was traveling off the exit and onto APM Terminals Blvd.
Police say no one has been injured.
Traffic is not affected in either direction.
