Norfolk, Va. – A man is now in custody after police say two people reported that he was making sexually explicit comments.
They say this happened outside of the CiCi’s Pizza restaurant in Janaf Shopping Center at around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Police tell NewsChannel 3 that the man accused went into a library nearby after making the comments and he was then taken into custody.
Police do not believe that the suspect is suffering from mental illness. He has been taken to Norfolk Police Headquarters.
No charges have been made but police say they are pending.
