Accomack Co., Va. – Motorists are advised to be alert to a new traffic pattern on Route 316, at the intersections of Tasley Road, Coastal Boulevard, Greenbush Road, and Fairgrounds Road beginning today, Monday, Nov. 18, 2013.
The roundabout design, the first constructed on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, will help to increase intersection capacity and improve traffic flow while addressing sight distance deficiencies.
Construction of the Tasley roundabout began Aug. 12, at the intersection of Tasley Road (Business Route 13), Greenbush Road (Route 316), Coastal Boulevard (Business Route 13) and Fairgrounds Road (Route 126).
