James City County, Va. - A woman accidentally drove her car into a building in James City County on Wednesday.

This happened on 6692 Richmond Road at the Williamsburg Pottery store. Officials say there were two women inside of the vehicle at the time. The driver thought she hit the brakes, but she hit the gas instead.

They went into the plate glass window and damaged a part of the building. There was no structural damage officials say.

Officials say the two women were pinned inside of the car after glass and debris fell and blocked the doors.

No one was injured. The driver was charged with reckless driving.

This case is still under investigation.
