Newport News police are investigating a shooting.
Officers say an 18-year-old was shot just before 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon while he was walking down 35th Street.
They say the gunman rode by the victim on a bike, then fired two shots at him.
Officers say one bullet grazed the victim's leg, and he is expected to recover.
