A truck crashed over a guard rail on I-64 eastbound at 4th View just after 9:00 a.m., according to police dispatch.
One man was transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Per VDOT, the scene was cleared at 10:03 a.m.
However, traffic still remains backed up as a result of the crash. The right lane of 64EB is still closed between 4th and 1st View.
