A driver has been charged after a truck overturned Tuesday morning on I-64 westbound.
The call came in at 5:07 a.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2013. A crash was reported on I-64 westbound in the HOV system, east of Northampton Boulevard.
A truck overturned; the driver sustained minor injuries.
The driver was charged in the crash, according to Sgt. Michelle Anaya of Virginia State Police.
