Suffolk, Va. – A man from Corapeake, North Carolina has been charged with abduction and rape over an incident that happened in Suffolk on Saturday.
Police say a woman was sexually assaulted by a man known to her during the early morning hours on Saturday.
52-year-old William Allen Priest was arrested and charged with abduction & kidnapping and rape.
