Update: Traffic has been released, but the backup is to Portsmouth Blvd.
A bridge lift is scheduled for 9 a.m. at the Berkely Bridge that will cause additional delays.
All traffic is stopped at the I-264 East Downtown Tunnel to remove a disabled vehicle off the Berkley Bridge.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes.
