Virginia Beach, Va. – Fire crews are fighting a fire in a home in the 1800 block of Sunrise Drive in the Diamond Springs Section of Virginia Beach.
Firefighters received the call around 8:30 am and arrived to find smoke and fire in the laundry room of the single-family home.
The fire has spread to the attic where crews are fighting the flames.
Five people were home when the fire started, all escaped without injury.
There is no word yet on the cause.
