A second local woman has been arrested for allegedly offering her toddler daughter to men for vile sex acts, according to federal court files now public.
Agents say they have uncovered text conversations that show the young Norfolk mother was willing to allow men to do just about anything with her daughter.
This investigation started in Chesapeake in July centered on Kanealeen Latouche. Court records show her separated husband started snooping through her emails and found out she was making videos of sex acts with toddlers, all for money.
Not long after that, police, and then federal agents opened investigations.
Since then, federal agents have tracked down others involved in recording sex acts with children as young as three.
Shavonna Lakita Whitfield of Norfolk is now in federal custody. She is accused of not only offering her daughter to men to make money but also taking nude pictures of her daughter.
Agents wrote in the affidavits that they believe the daughter is three-years-old.
